Due to high level cleaning of the library entrance there will be no access to the building, for readers, until midday on Tuesday 5th July. Do not attempt to access the building until after this work has been completed and library staff have reopened the building.

The Betty & Gordon Moore Library offers a range of online support services and ways you can access our collections, to help you learn, teach and research. 

The Betty & Gordon Moore Library

 

 

Click & Collect (Currently available; pre-ordered items available for collection between 09:00 - 19:00 Monday to Friday & 09.00 - 12:45 Saturday [Collection only on Saturday, any requests received after 17:00 on Fridays will be processed after the weekend] )

Click & Collect is a free service for our current staff and students and other users with borrowing rights. Eligible users can request books to be retrieved from the Moore Library's collections and collect them from a designated collection point at the Moore Library.

Study Spaces@theMoore

From the 4th October onwards it will no longer be necessary to book a space to use the library. The library will open along more normal lines with free flow into the building during staffed hours. See Study Spaces for further details.

 

Scan & Deliver (Currently available)

This service is provided through the main UL. See here for further details.

Scan & Deliver is a service that enable our users to order scans of Betty & Gordon Moore Library (and other participating Cambridge University Libraries') materials to be sent direct to their mail inbox.

Book Returns (Available at all times the site is accessible) 

Readers returning books should expect a slight delay in returns being cleared from your accounts as the box may not be emptied on a daily basis - if some time has passed after you have returned the book and it still hasn't been cleared from your account - please contact the library.

We will continue to waive all fines for any late returns.
