If you have a question about the collections and services of the Betty & Gordon Moore Library and are:

• a member of staff or a student of the University of Cambridge
• a current member of the Moore Library
• an external enquirer needing information specifically about our library

then why not ask a librarian! You can ask us when you visit the library, by phoning us, or by using the form below.

If you visit the library we aim to have started to answer your quick reference question within 15 minutes during staffed opening hours (more detailed questions might have an additional answer sent by email).

If you phone us, we aim to have answered your question within one working day.

If you use the email form we aim to acknowledge your question within one working day, and to have answered it by the end of the following working day.
