Research data can range from huge data sets to high resolution photographs of artefacts. It's something that everyone works with, regardless of discipline. Managing lots of stuff in a way that means you can not only find things but also make sure nothing gets lost accidentally is key to the success of any research project.
In this session we will look at what data actually is, cover good Research Data Management practices, as well as connecting you up with further resources and services to help you even more.
We will be hosting a two-hour interactive session on 25 November 2016.
This session forms part of an ongoing, extensive programme of in-person teaching aimed at enabling researchers to get their work done quickly and efficiently so they can reach their assignment deadlines with as little stress as possible.
You can find full details of the session and book a place on our Research Events page.
