Guidelines

This online request form must only be used for the procurement of materials with a library catalogue holdings location of "UL: Temporary Store 2". If the material is available online or elsewhere in Cambridge, then please seek alternate copies.

All fields marked with '*' are mandatory and must be filled in. If you can't fill a field then enter "N/A". Please provide a valid email address.

 

Conditions of supply

Secure Electronic Delivery (SED)

The document will be supplied as an e-mailed link to a PDF of the article and will be provided under the Library Privilege Regulations of the Copyright, Designs and Patents Act 1988. It may be used by the applicant end user for the purpose of private study or non-commercial research and not for any other purpose. It has been supplied on the condition that, as a customer of this service, you will:

1. Delete the attached file from your computer as soon as you have either made a satisfactorily printed copy or read it on screen - no archiving or retaining the file in any form

2. Not pass on the electronic copy or make it available to any other person

3. Not make further printed or electronic copies

Photocopy

Unless specified the photocopy will be supplied to you as a printout sent via the University Mailing Service.

The photocopy will be provided under the Library Privilege Regulations of the Copyright, Designs and Patents Act 1988. It may be used by the applicant end user for the purpose of private study or non-commercial research and not for any other purpose. It has been supplied on the condition that, as a customer of this service, you will:

1. Not pass on the photocopy or make it available to any other person

2. Not make further printed or electronic copies

Loan

All loaned items must be signed for and collected from the Betty & Gordon Moore Library. Items that are designated by the lending library as 'library use only' must be consulted in the Moore Library and must not be removed, nor may they be consulted in another library of the University.

Please note: If you are ordering a British Standard from our temporary store please use the 'Additional Information' box to enter the BS number (i.e.; BS EN ISO 18721-1: 2015).
